Who are we?

  • We live in the vicinity of Raleigh, NC, USA.
  • We are a community of individuals progressing along our journeys of faith.
  • We are intensely interested in science, a profession for many of us.
  • We seek to integrate our faith and the best scientific knowledge.
  • Our method is open, organized dialog.
  • We acknowledge that there are often more questions than answers.
  • We celebrate consensus, but we respect differences.
  • And we enjoy the process!

We invite you to learn more about us by browing our website, by contacting us, or by joining us.

In our first four years -- as you can see on our Record pages -- we held a series of public events on a theme for each year. Beginning in the 2008-2009 season, we changed our format to book study and discussion at our sponsoring church.

For 2009-2010, the book is Jesus for the Non-Religious by the Rt. Rev. John Shelby Spong.

For 2008-2009, the book was The Big Questions in Science and Religion by the Rev. Dr. Keith Ward
